This is the first work to integrate the Art Flip Protocols Framework as a viable purchasing option. It explores a new standard for art ownership and investment.
 
The Crowd (2025) is a dynamic work comprising of 1,000 bespoke unique ‘Little People’ to be created over a  undetermined time-period. The work is to be created in batches of 25. The price is set at £xxx.xx for each unique piece in the first batch. The second batch of 25 is made available at the price of £xxx.xx + Y. Each subsequent batch of 25 releases again increases the value by the +Y formula. This bootstraps up the price of former batches raising the value of any previous investments. In this way unique ‘collections’ of artwork become a viable affordable investment with no ceiling in terms of return. Sales operate on a first come first served basis, and only 1 purchase is allowed at one time.

This process arrives as a responsive critque of modern gatekeeping and collecting.
